With 21+ years in the beauty industry, Julie is a licensed cosmetologist, educator, and dpHUE Brand Ambassador. As a dedicated board member of The Annex, she is committed to mentorship, education, and industry growth. Passionate about empowering beauty professionals, she strives to create an environment where aspiring artists feel confident, supported, and prepared for success.

A licensed cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience, Nicole is the owner of Nicole Fae LLC and a dedicated educator. She leads curriculum development and certification programs at The Annex, ensuring members receive top-tier training and mentorship. Passionate about industry standards, she empowers beauty professionals with the skills and knowledge to elevate their careers.

With 30+ years in Human Resources, Rebecca has led People Operations and Strategy, specializing in employee relations, training programs, and multi-state compliance across 30+ states. A certified HR professional (HRCI, SHRM-PHR) and Minnesota School of Business graduate, she is passionate about fostering professional development through education.

We are currently seeking a Treasurer to join our Board of Directors and support the continued growth of The Annex Beauty Association.

This is a volunteer leadership role focused on financial organization, oversight, and reporting.

Tanner brings extensive experience in hair and makeup, specializing in bridal, commercial, and photography. A former instructor at Aveda Arts and Sciences Institute Minneapolis, he is passionate about mentoring and uplifting beauty professionals. As The Annex’s LGBTQ+ Advisor, he is committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive community where everyone can thrive.
